  Empire Szechuan is a fabulous restaurant whether you like more typical Chinese American food or authentic Chinese.
  One of the tables brought in the fish they caught that day, brought it to the chef and asked the chef to cook it. So you will find what you like at this restaurant.
  The manager spoke with us quite a bit about Italian food. She was extremely pleasant.
  But the food is the highlight.
  DO try the dumplings. They are amazing. The skins are rather thin yet firm. We had the pork/scallion dumplings as suggested by our waiter. OMG!! We loved them.
  Pete had the hot and sour soup. It was spicy and delicious.
  Then came our main courses. I had "Crying Chicken". It's called that because you cry from the heat as you eat it. It came from the traditional Chinese menu. The waiter advised I lower the heat level. I agreed - luckily. It had peanuts and mushrooms and was amazing!!  
  Pete had hot pepper chicken. That was on FIRE! Absolutely delicious.
  We loved this place and ranked it a 5. We will be back...

  Whenever I am lucky enough to be in town, I come here. I have been here twice and have not been disappointed. It sometimes gets a little busy but it's worth the wait! They have everything here from typical chinese takeout to traditional chinese food and sushi.
  
  To start, their pickled veggies are among the best I've ever had. They have spicy and sweet.. the spicy ones are very spicy (but I'm a wimp) and the sweet ones are indescribable. I suggest trying both!
  For food we had: 
  
  FRIED LAMB CHOPS with onions and green chilis. Oh my.. the lamb . I'm still dreaming about it. They are fried to perfection on the outside and the inside is so tender.. I'm starting to salivate all over again just writing it. I could eat this all day everyday and never get tired of it. It came with plenty of lamp chops for all to share.
  
  CANTONESE STYLE STIR FRY LOBSTER w.  Thick rice noodles: if you like lobster or just food in general this is a good pick. It's at least a full lobster but seemed like a lot of meat with delicious noodles. The juices from the lobster seep into the noodles for a great taste!
  
  STIR FRY BEEF STRIPS w/ 'A' vegetable (Taiwan sword leaf lettus) : this dish had bite size pieces of meat with this vegetable. I have no idea what sauce is on this but this is so great! Apparently these vegetables take a while to prepare and cook so was very exciting we were able to get this. 
  
  WU GENG CHANG WANG: you'll know what it is if you KNOW . I didnt try this (I'm not too ambitious) but I was told it's amazing. 
  
  The people who run this restaurant are so friendly and treat you like family. Definitely will continue to come back here .. hopefully several more times.

  This place is outstanding! A little hidden gem... the service is fantastic; a family owned business and everyone is just so nice. The food is always delicious- sushi, chicken dishes, appetizers are all amazing!! Very generous portions and lots of flavor.. you will not regret coming here!

  My favorite local business to support. I have been a long time customer and absolutely love their food and service. The owners are amazing and the fact they remember you makes you feel welcomed and like family. I love absolutely everything there especially the sesame chicken!

  Food is very clean and tasty. Not loaded with salt. I have ordered takeout twice from here and every time the service was very good. I can only imagine the service is equally wonderful at the restaurant. The staff are very kind on the phone and show consideration to their customers.
